DAVID KRAAI & THE SADDLE TRAMPS
David Kraai (pronounced cry) was born in New York City and raised upstate
in the ever-present shadow of the Woodstock music scene. Besides playing onstage
with legends like Pete Seeger, Bill Keith and John Simon, he has played at
tribute festivals for Gram Parsons, Gene Clark and “Sneaky” Pete Kleinow and
even had a song selected for inclusion on Neil Young’s "Living With War Today"
website as one of the top 2 protest songs of the times. David has played at such
notable venues as CBGB’s, The Knitting Factory, Eddie’s Attic and The Chance as
well as released two albums, one of which was named the 79th album of the year
by WNCW.
