HILTON VALENTINE - THE ANIMALS
While The Animals are often remembered for Eric Burdon's vocals, Valentine is credited with the instantly-recognizable electric guitar arpeggio intro 1964 classic " The House of the Rising Sun,"
which still inspires countless beginning guitarists. Along with Burdon, Chas Chandler, Alan Price and John Steel, Valentine was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1994. Along with the other Animals, Hilton was also inducted into Hollywood’s Rock Walk of Fame.
